I guess I'd better start polishing the 90 (and my public speaking skills!)... not long to go now until The Land Rover Gathering in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

Saturday will have a mix of displays at the Field Day event - including Land Rover club tents, exhibitors, Show N' Shine competition and... presenters!
I'm so excited (and nervous!) to be joining Fiona from Drive Queensland, Bronco Jensen The Sandman, Mathilde & Nick from Next Meridian Expedition, TuffAnt and Jamie Hazelden as guest speakers at the event.
Bring along a camp chair, listen to a little of my story and get some questions ready for me at the end (not too much heckling, please!).
This will be followed by a BBQ dinner event at at Trinity Island Holiday Park from 6pm , with trivia and karaoke as well as a raffle draw.
On Sunday, Land Rover owners are invited to take part in The Great Land Rover Convoy which will commence at Trinity Island Holiday Park in Hervey Bay from 6am to a secret finish point.
I'll be roaming around with my camera at the event, so keep an eye out for me over the weekend - and if you'd like to tee up some images of your Landy, let me know!
